WHEN DID WEEKLY CME EXAMS BECOME AVAILABLE WITH NEJM ARTICLES?
Beginning with the January 6, 2005 issue, each issue of NEJM has three CME exams.

DO I NEED TO ANSWER A CERTAIN NUMBER OF QUESTIONS CORRECTLY TO EARN CME CREDIT?
CME credit is earned for participation in the NEJM Weekly CME Program. The exams are not graded. You are provided with the preferred response and critique to reinforce the teaching points of each exam.

HOW DO I USE THE FREE EXAMS THAT ARE PART OF MY NEJM SUBSCRIPTION?
We track the free exams that come as part of an NEJM subscription. When you log in and choose an exam to take, we check your records for available credits. If you have credit available, you move directly to the exam. If you do not have credits available, you will be offered the option of purchasing an additional credit at the Preferred Subscriber Rate.

You can check the credits you have available on the available credits page of our Web site.

WHAT HAPPENS TO MY FREE CREDITS WHEN MY SUBSCRIPTION TERM ENDS?
The free credits that are included with your paid subscription are only available during the term of that subscription. Once the subscription term is over, the free credits are no longer available.

WHERE CAN I SEE A TRANSCRIPT OF EXAMS I'VE TAKEN?
A personal record of completed NEJM Weekly CME exams is maintained for you on the completed exams page of our Web site.

WHERE CAN I FIND OUT MORE ABOUT CONTINUING MEDICAL EDUCATION?
